Privacy policy
This website provides information about The Rialto Casper and links guests to third-party services, including TIXR, for ticket purchases. TIXR handles order, payment, and account information under its own privacy terms.
Information you choose to provide
When you submit the contact form, The Rialto receives the name, email address, contact reason, and message you provide. Netlify processes the submission on our behalf for delivery and spam filtering. Booking inquiries are delivered to the booking team. All other messages are delivered to the venue team. Do not include payment card numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Newsletter signup
Newsletter forms are processed by Hive on behalf of The Rialto Casper and BandWagon Presents. If you sign up, Hive receives the email address, marketing consent, and any optional genre interests you select. Hive uses that information to maintain our mailing list and send the communications you requested. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email.
The newsletter popup uses first-party browser storage and a first-party cookie to remember when it was shown for 24 hours. If you successfully subscribe, the site remembers that choice in that browser so the popup does not appear again. This information is not used to identify you across other websites.
Technical information
The hosting provider may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamps to deliver and secure the site.
Advertising measurement
The site uses the BandWagon Meta Pixel to understand Rialto website visits, event-page interest, and clicks to TIXR. When advertising measurement is allowed, Meta may receive the page URL, browser and device information, event identifiers, and Meta cookies such as _fbp or _fbc. The site does not send ticket prices, payment information, email addresses, form consent, genre selections, or message contents to Meta. A newsletter Lead event is sent only after Hive confirms a successful signup, and it contains only the form and site identifiers.
The Meta Pixel is delayed so it does not compete with the initial page load. You can turn advertising measurement off at any time. Global Privacy Control signals are honored automatically.

Links to TIXR, social platforms, maps, and other services are governed by those services’ privacy policies.
