What is the age policy?
The Rialto is generally an all-ages venue, while many stand-up comedy events are 18+. The age policy shown on the individual TIXR event is authoritative. Minors without an ID must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult age 21 or older. Unless an event says otherwise, lap children under age 3 typically do not require a ticket.
Do I need an ID?
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID. The venue's current policy requires adults to present state-issued identification for entry. Minors without ID must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult age 21 or older.
Is re-entry allowed?
Re-entry is currently permitted for guests age 21 and older. Guests under 21 may not re-enter after leaving the venue.
Where do I buy tickets, and what is the refund policy?
Buy through the official event link on this website or the Casper Entertainment Group page on TIXR. All sales are final unless an event is cancelled. Cancelled online orders are generally refunded to the original payment method; postponed-event tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date. Follow the instructions TIXR sends for the specific event.
When do doors and the box office open?
Doors typically open one hour before show time, and the venue box office opens with the doors. The individual event listing is authoritative because early and late show schedules can differ.
Is seating available?
Yes. The current venue configuration describes 185 balcony seats, up to 62 mezzanine seats, and 2–6 VIP tables. Seating access and layouts vary by event, so check the ticket type and event description before purchasing.
Is the Rialto accessible?
The venue states that it is accessible. For seating or arrival assistance, contact the team before the show so they can plan the best route and accommodation for your event.
Where should I park?
Street parking is available throughout downtown Casper. The downtown parking garage is at 230 S Wolcott Street. Check posted signs, time limits, and any event-day restrictions.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
No smoking or electronic smoking devices are allowed inside. Guests age 21 and older may use the designated outdoor area and re-enter under the venue's current re-entry policy.
Can I bring a camera?
Phone cameras are typically allowed. SLRs, detachable-lens cameras, professional equipment, and video recording require prior approval from the venue and artist. A specific artist or event may set a stricter policy.
How can an artist get booked?
Send a concise booking inquiry by email with artist name, genre, links to live performance and music, recent markets, routing, date range, and contact information. Do not mail physical promotional materials to the venue.
What food and drinks are available?
The Rialto has a full-service bar. Snacks may be available from the adjacent Rialto Soda Fountain, and some events may feature local food partners. Availability varies by event.
